is this thing on?

1. Callie left for Missouri yesterday. she’s going to a wedding of one of her friends from school up there. she’ll be back Sunday night.

2. this has been a VERY long week. i don’t know why. however, it is now officially one week closer to college football season than it was last week! things are beginning to be right in the world again…

3. it seems lately that all my twitter updates have been about food. not sure what that means. however, i have had a very good food week. let’s recap…

monday :: maggiano’s – chicken parmesan
tuesday :: cherokee cattle company – cajun chicken salad with hot bacon honey mustard dressing… oh, so good.
wednesday :: not so much any main courses but Callie and i went to Bruster’s for dessert.
thursday :: Oyster Cafe – upon my Uncle’s suggestion

so all in all, very good week for the consumption of food.

4. FreedomChurch goes back to two services this Sunday (9:30 and 11:00am)! which also means, back to the 6:00am load-in time! i’m excited!

and as a parting note :: congratulations to the Fresno State Bulldogs for beating the bulldogs from Athens. Even though i’m a UGA fan, i didn’t want them to win after they beat Miami in the first game of the CWS. call me bitter – i don’t care.
